Sign up for Body Recall Body Recall is a lifetime fitness program that combines wellness education with exercise. It challenges people at all levels of physical ability. It is a program of slow, natural movement that is safe and pain-free. Benefits include increased range of motion, flexible joints, pliable, strong muscles, improved balance and agility, and mental alertness. The Body Recall approach has proven extremely effective for those with chronic illness, special needs, limited mobility, and even those recovering from surgery. Classes will be held in 10 week sessions, meeting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30 to 11:30.
